Automatic Delivery

We offer automatic oil delivery in Gloucester, MA, where we monitor your tank's oil levels through a computerized fuel program. To do this, we use the industry-standard degree day system, which helps us keep a better eye on outdoor temperatures. Our automatic delivery program also tells us the weather forecasts and your actual household consumption ("K-factor") to best gauge your next delivery. Each client is different and consumes oil differently; that's why we have a system that is an accurate and helpful resource to help you avoid running out of oil when you need it most, as well as avoid over-delivery. However, we always advise our customers to frequently check their oil tank levels out of caution because technology, although reliable, isn't perfect.

Will-Call Delivery

Will-call delivery involves you, the customer, checking your own oil levels. When you're running low, you can contact us with your fuel order; typically, you'll want to do this when your tank is 1/4 full. We can schedule your delivery on the designated day for your area. Please give us a 24-hour notice for all deliveries.
