Are you accepting new customers?

Yes. Please consider us for your next home heating oil delivery; call 978-281-2087, we are always accepting new customers.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes. We offer 24-hour emergency service.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for payment of any of our services.

Can I make a payment by phone using my debit card?

Yes. We accept debit cards with the MasterCard®/Visa® logos.

Do you accept Fuel Assistance Program?

Yes. We have a great working relationship with Action Energy, and many times they can call in an approved customer for an emergency delivery. We do recognize the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

What type of maintenance work should I be doing?

You should be giving your heating system an annual tune-up to prevent expensive repairs and extend the life of your equipment. Call us to set up a service with one of our preferred vendors. Or feel free to contact them directly for an appointment.

Can I use my own servicer?

Absolutely!

Can I get a same-day delivery?

Yes, please call early; however, we recommend calling at least 24 hours in advance to get you on the delivery schedule.
